MB is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published twice a year (April and October). This journal published articles in Indonesian but in 2019 MB will publish all articles fully in English. This journal only accepts articles from original research results. MB welcomes all articles related to management and business fields. Subjects suitable for publication include finance management, marketing management, human resource management, operation management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, knowledge management, business ethics, and international business. Abstract

This study aimed to describe the compensation, non-physical working environment, motivation, and employees’ job satisfaction in Sanan Tempeh Chips Industrial Center, to figure out the simultaneous and partial effects of compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation towards the employees’ job satisfaction, and to know which one of the independent variables having the greatest influence on the dependent one. There were 100 employees of the production unit used as respondents. The data collection techniques used were Interview, Observation, and Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by Likert Scale, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The findings showed that the variable of compensation was categorized as “good” while variables of non-physical working environment, motivation, and job satisfaction were categorized as “fair”. Moreover, the variables of compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation significantly affected the variable of job satisfaction. The compensation significantly and positively affected the job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation partially affected the job satisfaction. Among all the independent variables, the non-physical working environment had the greatest influence towards the employees’ job satisfaction.

Abstract

Business Listing means issuing or investing in land or buildings plus, the benefits in the form of purchasing power protection against inflation and get the added value of its development, such as commercial or residential used. PT. Kharisma Karangploso build Housing Project Earth Kanjuruhan to meet the basic needs of society, especially civil servants to perform simple but decent housing development. This study aimed to determine the Evaluation of Development Project Feasibility Study Earth Kanjuruhan that in value in accordance with aspects of the Feasibility Study and also in accordance with the assessment of investment criteria. The result of this study indicate that the feasibility study of business is considered feasible and the result assesment of investment criteria at PP (Payback Periode) for 4 years 3 month 12 days, ARR (Average ate of Return) amount30,92 % > 6,148 % , the result of  NPV (Net Pesent Value) is positive187.940.169, IRR (Internal Rate of Return) 8,6975 % > 6,148 %, and the last PI (Profitability Index) 1,449> 1.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigated the impact of servicescape on services user satisfaction at malang’s immigration office class 1. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. This research was conducted by distributing questionaires to 100 respondents at malang’s immigration office class 1 by using accidental sampling technique. Dimensions of servicescape that used in this study are ambient condition, spatial layout and functionality, signs, symbols, and artifacts, and social. Abstract

The research is to analyze experiential marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and to analyze impact of experiential marketing on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Sengkaling Kuliner “SeKul” Malang. Use data from quetionnaires of the sample 100 respondents with purposive sampling technic. This research is descriptive quantitative study with survey method. Test instrument used include the validity and reliability test. Analysis data method used is a range of scale, path analysis, and hypothesis testing. The result of the calculation of experiential marketing consisting of sense, feel, think, act, and relate scale range is gene1rally categorized as good. Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty based on the result of the calculation of the scale range is generally categorized as high. These result indicate that the effect of indirectly greater than the direct effect of this proves that customer satisfaction to intercede or mediate the effect of experiential marketing to customer loyalty. This indicates that the experiential marketing significant effect on the customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) Effect of supervision of principals on work motivation of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 2) The effect of compensation on work motivation of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 3) Effect of supervision of principals on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 4) Effect of compensation to the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 5) The effect of work motivation on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 6) Role of Motivation as a mediating influence supervision of principals on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. 7) The role of motivation to work as a mediating influence of compensation on teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Maumere. Analysis of the data used in the study using Path Analysis (path analysis) which is the application of multiple regression using the path diagram as a guide t test the hypothesis testing as a basis for decision making in determining the direct and indirect effects of research dependent and independent variables.

Abstract

The purpose of the study describes the incentive, motivation and performance of employees at PT. Jiwasraya Malang Branch Office City, analyzed the effect of incentives on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. Sample research is a marketing agent assosiate amounting. Sampling using Total Sampling technique.. Simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect between incentive variable and employee performance. Moderate analysis to find out the moderation relationship between the influence of incentives on employee performance. The results showed that employee performance in very low category, incentives enter in good category and motivation included in low category. Incentives affect employee performance. Motivation variable moderate the influence of incentive to employee performance. Moderate variables increase the percentage of influence of employee incentives and performance which means motivation strengthen the influence of incentives on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar adanya peningkatan jumlah toko retail online yang ada diindonesia, hal ini membuat persaingan dalam pasar online semakin kompetitif. Perusahaan dituntut tidak hanya dapat menyediakan bermacam – macam produk yang dibutuhkan, namun perusahaan juga harus mampu menyediakan website yang baik dan dapat menarik perhatian konsumen. Kegiatan berbelanja tidak dapat terlepas dari motivasi yang mendasarinya dan satu motivasi itu adalah motivasi hedonic dimana motivasi merupakan motivasi belanja untuk mendapatkan kesenangan semata. Ketika seseorang berbelanja secara hedonic, tanpa sadar dia akan melakukan sikap impulse buying atau pembelian tidak terencana. Motivasi hedonik dan sikap impulse buying merupakan prilaku konsumen yang sangat menguntungkan perusahaan. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website terhadap motivasi hedonic dan sikap impulse buying pada website MatahariMall.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan questioner kepada 100 orang pelanggan MatahariMall.com. Analisis data menggunakan Struktural Equation Model ( SEM ). Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas website terhadap hedonic shopping motivation dan impulse buying.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the supplier of frozen chicken at CV. Cupu Artama Jaya, Jombang Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the supplier at CV. Cupu Artama Jaya, Jombang Regency.  According to the result of criteria selection, there are seven criteria used by the company, which are quality, price, delivery time, communication system, packing capability, warranty and complaint service, and management and organization. All of these categories range from very important, important, and sufficient. There are three suppliers selected according to the seven criteria, PT. Wonokoyo, UD. Puri Pangan, and UD. Phalosari. The findings show that UD. Phalosari has the greatest value of 76.89, PT. Wonokoyo gets 72.96, and the last UD. Puri Pangan gets 69.98. referring to this, UD. Phalosari is highly recommended to be the main supplier for the company.
